All new employees take part in a 12 week induction. Training on food hygiene and first aid are available. The Town House support employees in obtaining formal qualifications in marketing, accountancy and management. Employees are also encouraged to apply for an ILA grant to assist with a course of their choice.
Employees are entitled to benefits including life assurance, extra holidays and discounted services. They put on an annual staff party where employees families can attend and hold social events from BBQ’s to bowling nights. Senior staff and employees provide support to one another in the event of personal and domestic issues.

The organisation has taken part in various fundraising events and has arranged a cook off competition where the business worked with chefs to create a meal, the last event raised £20,000. They get involved with their local community and attend school career activities to promote and provide information on the hospitality sector. The Town House Collection recycles and reuses materials wherever possible and employees are involved in green teams.
