Founded in 1994, Chrissie Rucker's vision was to build a company that specialised in the manufacture and supply of stylish, predominately white, designer quality products. From a 12-page mail order brochure on bed linen, The White Company is now a multi-channel award winning retailer.

The White Company have an annual conference where they bring most of the business together to cascade messages around their strategy and vision. They utilise this opportunity to also recognise individuals and teams in line with their PRIDE values.
The White Company are fully committed to understanding their environmental impact. They have partnered with a local recycling company and invested in recycling machinery at their distribution centre to reduce their impact on the environment. They have now been recycling cardboard and plastic at their distribution centre site for over 5 years.
