About the7stars

the7stars are one of the UK's largest independent media agencies and work with some of the best advertisers in the country. Since launching in 2005, they have grown from three people to over 200 and won hundreds of industry awards, including 'Agency of the Year' three times.

Their mission is not just to grow a business but to build a community. A place where people love to work, where they develop their careers and enjoy being part of a thriving and successful team.

the7stars introduced a plastic tax for any external guests who bring unnecessary plastic items into the office for their meetings or presentations. If they can prove they have taken steps to reduce the plastic they've used, the tax is halved.
