About the7stars

the7stars are one of the UK's largest independent media agencies and work with some of the best advertisers in the country. Since launching in 2005, they have grown from three people to over 200 and won hundreds of industry awards, including 'Agency of the Year' three times.

Their mission is not just to grow a business but to build a community. A place where people love to work, where they develop their careers and enjoy being part of a thriving and successful team.

Employees are treated as adults with high levels of autonomy. They are invited to play an active role in how they grow as a business. Ideas and initiatives will be encouraged and people share in the organisation's profits each year.

Best efforts are recognised and rewarded, not just in terms of salary but also through culture callouts, 'Star Cards' and the annual values awards.

What is it like to work for the7stars

The management team have built a culture that puts people before process, they all previously worked for organisations where people were not the priority. So they created values and have stayed true to them to make sure if they display these behaviours it will spread around the company.
