Think Jam are a film and entertainment Marketing Agency that has delivered nearly 2,000 digital marketing campaigns for clients who include film studios, theatre producers, television companies, independent distributors, book publishers and eminent celebrities.
The company was founded in 2004 by Chief Executive Officer Daniel Robey, and has locations in London, Los Angeles, New York and Birmingham.
They launched their wellbeing programme in 2017 with the aim to build and maintain a workplace environment and culture that supports healthy lifestyle choices. Part of this includes increasing employees’ knowledge and awareness of health and wellbeing issues and healthy lifestyle behaviours.
Think Jam’s wellbeing programme consists of a mindfulness ‘lunch and learn’ training presentation, covering tips on how to introduce mindfulness in the workplace. In addition, they have a ‘reclaim your lunch break' activity programme including walking groups, knitting and drawing, and they offer a mindfulness training allowance of up to £100/$100.
