The ThirdWay Group was founded in 2009 with a humble three employees. They wanted to differ from the rest of the market and change the way commercial design and build was delivered in the UK. Their first office move was in 2014 with just 14 employees and now, just a few years later, they are nearing a 200 strong workforce.
Something that's at the core of all that they do is design - they pride themselves on being known as the most creative company within the industry, taking an individual and personalised approach to each and every project.
The group has a family feel which is important to them. They love seeing everyone working together and supporting each other. Employees spend time together both in and outside of work with activities such as weekly meetings, team socials, movie nights, company sports teams and much more.
The team are spirited and entrepreneurial, always striving to be better as individuals and as a collective. Personal and professional development is key to them. It is this entrepreneurial spirit that has led to them to expanding into other areas of the industry with eight entities now forming the ThirdWay Group.
The office has a homely feel and they allow people to work away from their desk and encourage them to mix with other teams. They give employees the autonomy to manage their day and workload. They also have an interest in their employee's own families. They understand employees have a life outside of work and they embrace that.
