About ThirdWay Group

The ThirdWay Group are a London-based office design and build, furniture, architecture and development company. They partner with clients from all industries to create the best possible environment for their employees.

The company is owned by Mason Booth, Fraser Munro and Ben Gillam. The ThirdWay Group’s core tenet is Team, Trust, Commitment and Fun. They believe if everyone keeps these values at the core of the work they do, and how they behave, the company will continue to thrive as an amazing and fulfilling place to work.

In addition to their core values, they have three rules at ThirdWay: behave like an adult, celebrate success and ‘no own goals’ - in-house code for romantic staff-to-staff relationships. They’re also proud of the way they celebrate their successes. Anyone who is involved with a project is provided with a budget to have a project completion dinner or activity, involving key representatives from the client team as well.

They believe presentation skills are vital and that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, and where possible, practice in a welcoming environment. In their weekly Thursday afternoon meetings, a member from each department gives a five-minute presentation.

In June 2017, the company went to Bruges, Belgium for a team training and bonding trip. The offer to extend the trip by one or two days was open to all employees, and a number took the opportunity to stay for the week.
