About TIPi Group

The TIPi Group are a full-service specialist network of digital agencies, serving clients across all sectors and focusing on the core values of performance and profitability.

The group consists of the digital performance agency ROAST and the digital creative agency Kitty, and will soon be expanded with the scalable performance marketing firm The Market and the voice experience business Rabbit & Pork.

Efforts are made to ensure that each agency model retains a certain size, ensuring that no one is lost in the business and that no service levels are diluted, whether that be staff, clients or products. ROAST are optimised to deliver coordinated multi-channel, cross-device campaigns, while Kitty specialise in creative work delivered through a partnership model.

TIPi Group have experience of working with clients such as Experian, BHS, eBay, Betvictor, Casumo, GoCompare and Bella Italia, and continue to deliver authentic integration and impactful results across their nearly 60-strong team.

TIPi Group prides itself on an open plan and approachable office environment, with the CEO making time to speak to all members of the team and recognising the work of individual members of staff during monthly strategy meetings.
TIPi Group subsidise gym memberships for employees and run a softball league in the summer, as well as a mixed netball league in winter. The company is also dedicated to providing mental health support for workers, and providing opportunities to unwind in the office when needed.
