About TLC Marketing

TLC Marketing are a rewards promotion agency. They live by a simple philosophy: create campaigns that are rewarding for their clients, not only in terms of business, but also in the experience of working with them.

They operate in 12 countries including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, South Africa, Australia, China, New Zealand, Brazil, USA, the Netherlands and the Middle East. They have over 100,000 partners.

TLC Trust is their global social initiative that involves all members of staff. They partner with a social project to support with fundraising and in 2017, TLC supported their partner charity JAM (Joint Aid Management) who do humanitarian work in Africa.

TLC’s contribution was to rebuild a care centre for orphans living in poverty near their office in Johannesburg. In mid-November last year, the company selected two staff members to fly to Johannesburg to do this.

They hold two big parties every year, one in the summer and a Christmas party. This whole-day event is held offsite, and comes with a dress code and a glamorous theme. They also book an area in the local pub after their monthly company update.

Giving Something Back
Last year TLC supported the Octavia foundation, which connects people affected by unemployment and homelessness, ill health social isolation or low income. They held charity events in the office, sent employees to local nursing homes for coffee mornings and volunteered at soup kitchens.
Fair Deal
Fair Deal
They run an employee scheme called Project Hive, which rewards employees for going above and beyond in their role. Employees are encouraged to nominate each other for this reward and the winner, who is selected at random, receives a prize of £1,000.
