The working environment is relaxed. TLC have a table tennis and pin ball table in their forecourt for times when their people need a break. They also keep the top floor of the building as their play house; complete with a break out room with a TV, dart board and giant Jenga.

TLC people love a simple thank you and being recognised for the work that they do. The organisation send out communications globally with a picture and a few works publicly giving recognition for their achievements.

They currently run an employee scheme called project Hive. This is to reward employees for going above and beyond in their role.This is in place to create a culture of mutual support and understanding, creating great work. Employees are encouraged to nominate each other for this reward and all employees have a framed picture of what they would spend their £1,000 prize on.
