Born in a home garage 20 years ago, Top Banana has gone from strength to strength, becoming a full-service creative communications agency with over 50 employees across offices in the Midlands, London and Manchester.

Top Banana make sure they always remain true to their mission, vision and values and ensure all employees know what these are. All new starters go through a planned-out induction process, part of this being with the CEO, who explains to them the mission, vision and values.
They are reinforced in staff conferences, on the company intranet and lived and breathed throughout daily life within offices. Each department have created their own statements which relate back to the vision and values, but also their own role in achieving the company's mission. These are framed and are present in each team's office space to remind them daily 'why they get out of bed in the morning'.
