Total Media Group are a behavioural planning media agency. They produce strategies based on people’s behaviours – understanding how audiences think, feel and act – so that they reach their client’s audiences contextually, and at the moments that matter.
The company was established as an independent agency based in London, with a head count of just three. By 1998 the agency had reached £20m in media billings and had moved to a larger office in Kensington to accommodate the people working there.
They now have a combined billings of over £60m and represent clients including Lenovo, Moto and Investec.
Employees are given one paid day off per year in order to do charity work, and they share case studies internally of how people have used them to encourage more charitable work.
Every week they have ‘Fun Factory Fridays’ where they meet for an end-of-the-week catch up.
