About TotallyMoney

TotallyMoney is on a mission to improve the UK's credit score and help people move on up to a better future.

TotallyMoney has been championing clearer consumer credit since 2007 by helping customers compare and check eligibility for credit cards and loans.

They pioneered soft searching and eligibility checking to reduce customers risk of being rejected for credit. Their platform powers the likes of and Credit Karma.

In 2017, TotallyMoney launched their free credit report and now have over two million customers.

TotallyMoney understand that to provide a great service, they need happy and engaged employees and there are loads of benefits to keep employees happy. These include flexible working, healthy training budgets, socials throughout the year, weekly sports and plenty of refreshments in the kitchen. On Fridays, they wind down at 4.30pm enjoy beers, wine, music, and table tennis.

TotallyMoney recently hired a learning and development coordinator which they believe will help them future-proof their capacity for supporting employees with their development and ensure that they create more structure for this as they grow.
To help employees with mental and physical wellness, TotallyMoney have regular weekly sports fixtures. Badminton on Tuesdays and football on Wednesdays ensure employees get away from their desks, help improves fitness, and enhance mood and wellbeing through socialising with colleagues.

Rather than having individual bonus targets they prefer to all work together to achieve the same goals, which means they all receive the same percentage of whatever their fixed personal sum is at the end of the year.
