The company have a 'Performance and Development Appraisal' process to assess each individual's performance against their job description, team and personal objectives. Objectives are agreed and aligned with SMART principles. Their 'Corporate Bonus Plan' is linked to the employee's individual performance against their objectives as well as the company's performance. The organisation also have a 'Total Reward' package, which was the winner of most effective total reward strategy at the Employee Benefits Awards 2010. Employees have the opportunity to vote for a colleague who they believe has made an outstanding contribution to the success of the organisation in the Employee Shareholder Awards. Winners of the award receive additional shares in the company and are taken to dinner by members of the Executive Committee. They make a long service award on each fifth anniversary of an employee's employment, when employees are given a voucher to spend on a Red Letter day.

The company employ two permanent fitness instructors who work in the Bracknell office gym. They also pay gym membership for employees in all other offices. Their on-line health and well being portal gives access to a comprehensive wellness information centre, which addresses a wide range of medical and well being issues, and their interactive online lifestyle programme. Towry entered 112 employees in 16 teams in last year’s Global Corporate Challenge, and between them they clocked up nearly 56,000 measuring their daily step, swim and cycle count. The daily step average of 12,926 per person (5.15 miles) was an 11% improvement on last year.

The Towry Charitable Trust, with a capital base of around £1.3 million, supports local and national charities proposed by employees. The Towry Charitable Trust is also a Silver Patron of The Prince's Trust. There are more than one million young people in the UK not in education, employment or training. The Prince's Trust focuses its efforts on those people who need help the most and Towry is very keen to lend its support. Towry support The Prince’s Trust Development Award Programme. The Prince's Trust is the UK’s leading youth charity and last year helped 52,000 unemployed young people through personal development programmes emphasising practical workplace skills. 82% of these young people moved onto education, employment or further training. The Towry Charitable Trust has a heritage in supporting the charitable activities of Towry employees over many years. This includes company-wide initiatives such as Children in Need, Red Nose Day and Wear it Pink, and also staff activities local to their offices. The Charitable Trust contributes to the fund raising activities of all their staff where they are supporting registered charities. They are also committed to contributing a proportion of their profits to the Charitable Trust annually. They have a team of Charity Champions who help their employees get involved with charitable work and fund raising.
