My Manager
My Manager
The Management Development Programme (MDP) grew out of the leadership development programme (LDP) offered to senior managers at TGB. Managers who completed LDP found the skills so beneficial and empowering that they wanted to offer them to the managers in their teams, so the MDP was created.
