About Tradewind Recruitment & SANZA Teaching Agency

Tradewind Recruitment are a teaching recruitment agency, and the SANZA Teaching Agency are a supply teaching recruitment agency.

Tradewind Recruitment has been in operation since 2001, and SANZA specialises in recruiting teachers from Australia, New Zealand and Canada to teach in schools throughout the UK.

Almost all of their management team have been promoted internally and risen through their ranks. They have a clear promotion pathway for employees wanting to go down a people management route, and the same for employees wanting to go down a business management (non-people management) route.

Personal and professional development is planned, encouraged and outlined in promotion contracts, which are given to all employees working towards progression. In the past year they have promoted 20% of their staff.

They raise money for charity by hosting dress-down days, charity bake-sales and BBQs. Causes they have raised money for include Macmillan, Manchester, Grenfell Tower and Comic relief.

Before any new employee is hired, their CEO personally meets each prospective employee to discuss the company’s values and ensure they are of like mind. Each week and annually at the Awards Night, their CEO presents one employee as their “Core Values Champion”.
