About Trainline

Trainline are the leading online provider of rail tickets for rail travel by the value of tickets sold, with a mission to help rail passengers save money, time and hassle.

Trainline is a technology-driven company. And whilst the end result is improved travel experiences, what really excites them is the technology that enables them to have a positive impact on their customers’ lives.

The company says their customers are at the heart of all they do. By getting to know them, think what they might need (before they even know they need it!), they then come up with timely and fairly-priced advanced technology solutions.

They have a team of over 500 staff from 48 countries who work in London and Edinburgh, and once a year they run a ‘Give and Gain Day’ where employees can sign up to volunteer at a local charity. In 2017, employees helped four charities: Spitalfields City Farm, Thames21, South London Cares, and KIDS.
