About Trolex Ltd

Trolex Ltd are a global supplier of gas and particulate detection, connector solutions and strata monitoring to the mining and hazardous industry.

Trolex encourage employees to take pride in the knowledge that the product or service they are providing will play such a vital role for their customer.

As a small/medium sized company, Trolex thinks BIG wherever possible. They want employees to enjoy the benefits of a larger, corporate business, whilst functioning more freely as a smaller, family-run business, without the restraints of a larger business.

This ethos is evident across a number of aspects of the business. They take great care in ensuring that employees' working environment is of the highest standard - whether they are in an office-based role, or a more manual, manufacturing one.

Trolex take every opportunity they can to show this off to their customers and visitors. A large proportion of what they invest back in to the business goes towards this. They strive to create development and promotion opportunities wherever possible.

Trolex put a huge emphasis on staff wellbeing - whether this be through their 'Flux' events, or constantly seeking-out the best and most innovative benefits for staff, or simply general care about their work/life balance on a day-to-day basis.
