About TrustFord

With 65 sites across the UK, TrustFirstParts and TrustFord sell new and used cars, commercial vehicles, after sales servicing and parts for vehicles. Their customers range from individuals buying one part for their vehicle, to large fleet organisations.

Their ‘PPA Days’ (based around their Purpose, Principles and Ambition values) encourage colleagues to simply enjoy spending time together as the TrustFord Family.

£25 per head per year is allocated to spend on an activity of their choice with their team. Activities are varied go-karting, theatre trips, meals out, castle visits, parties and bowling. Photos are posted via internal comms with the team’s story. Finally, the day isn’t taken out of employees holiday allowance.

‘PPA BBQs’ are also put on at sites to thank colleagues for driving the standard in customer care and enabling them to spend some time together in a relaxed situation during work hours.
