Wellbeing
Wellbeing
The well-being of their employees is of paramount importance at twentysix. A great deal of time, energy and money has been spent furnishing the common areas of the building to provide a fun, warm, friendly and productive environment for all. Aside from ensuring there is fresh water dispensers located on all three floors for employees, they also have vending machines for additional refreshments. They have designated breakout and leisure areas for dining and relaxing with play stations, Wii and ping pong tables. They have also provided free flu jabs and provide free eye tests for everyone every two years. On top of comforts within the environment, twentysix have considered a number of initiatives that increase team and employee morale such as Friday drinks, Pizza Friday, Winter Flexi Time and a whole host of quarterly employee benefits that include: Late start 10.30; winter time 3.30pm; early finish; 2 Hour lunch; Friday afternoon off and coffees/bacon sandwiches for your table.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
The organisation does a great deal to give back. They match cake bake and Pizza Friday forfeits equating to approximately £2000 per year. Their teams choose a charity and produce innovative and creative ways of raising money for that charity and the agency invests in time to create the new initiative. Their Movember campaign last year raised over £25,000 for the Prostate cancer charity. This initiative has won them multi Industry awards for the agency. They also support the Retired Grey Hound Trust as their CEO has 2 retired Grey Hounds! They also support their local McMillan Cancer trust, mainly though Cake Bake Sales in the office. This really uplifts the agency, builds great team pride, boosts individual employee morale as well as boosting the agency profile.
Fair Deal
Fair Deal
They motivate their teams through reward and recognition of achievement and by creating a positive and productive working environment. One example of this is through their employee benefit programme. Within this programme, benefits include: the morning off on your birthday, a Friday afternoon off, bacon sandwiches and Starbucks coffee bought for your team, a late morning start and an early afternoon finish. Each employee can choose one benefit to take each quarter. They also pay an annual performance bonus, have an annual awards programme and each month, on payday, they celebrate their success for the month and they all have Pizza's delivered in for everyone in the agency - they call it their Pizza Friday catch up! They also have Winter Flexible Fridays where twice a month anyone can start at 8.00am and finish at 3.00pm. They have agency team building events such as Go Ape, It’s a Knock Out, Paintballing, Go karting, trip to Blackpool, Canal Boat trip and numerous parties! This helps them bond together as a team and understand how to work better as a team.
