TXM Recruit are part of the global TXM Group and are specialist recruitment consultants for the automotive, built environment, defence, engineering, manufacturing and rail industries.

Established in 2005 and headquartered in Milton Keynes, the recruitment consultants bridge the gap between engineering and traditional high street agencies, providing an exciting, viable alternative to the recruitment market.

The company adopts a simple approach to consultancy by taking the time to listen to and understand their customers’ resource challenges before providing a bespoke solution that aligns with their business objectives and helps them achieve their goals.

Insight and knowledge are underpinned and backed by the founders and board directors of TXM Recruit, which is made up of qualified engineers with first-hand experience of running, managing and working within a range of FTSE 100 and SME engineering companies.

The Managing Director is Andrew Midgley, who is known affectionately by the staff as ‘Midge’.

In addition to training programmes, they also offer a mentoring approach for their managers and staff. In 2018, they encouraged trainees to buddy up with a more senior employee, who acts as their "mentor", helping with all aspects of the job.
