About Ultimate Finance Group

What is it like to work for Ultimate Finance Group

My Manager
My Manager
Everyone within the Ultimate Finance Group contributes to their success. There are flexible working patterns with employees being able to flex their working hours subject to availability during core hours. The company find it difficult to explain the level of passion to deliver by every person within the organisation however, it is a truly united effort.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
There was an occasion at Ultimate Finance Group where a number of the office staff were stuck in heavy traffic which resulted in a large volume of the workforce being unable to get into the office until the afternoon. The management recognised the pressure that this put the remaining staff under and ordered pizzas, drinks and cakes for everyone in the office to give them a boost. Furthermore, one staff member is a qualified beautician and UFG introduced pamper afternoons and pays for treatments (facials, massages, pedicures, haircuts etc..) each quarter. One member of each team is rewarded with this, not just if they have performed well but also if they have a social event to go to. The quirk here is that the team picks the winner, not the manager and therefore it creates a real sense of team support and has helped bond the teams, which brings a great team spirit. With those on maternity, the company has Keep In Touch (KIT) days to ensure the employee feels up to speed with everything and can be as comfortable as possible when returning to work.

What works really well at the Ultimate Finance Group is the fact that there appears to be no political agenda by any member of staff. If people identify an opportunity the management will review and regularly support employees allowing them to deliver and drive their own personal development. The company seeks to promote from within allowing personnel to develop without leaving to a competitor or third party.
