About Uniform

Uniform are a design and innovation company that find the sweet spot where technology, human behaviour and creativity meet, in order to create meaningful change for their global brand clients.

Founded by Nick Howe, Uniform has offices based in Liverpool and London and believes they can help clients embrace change and navigate the future through design, innovation and imagination.

The company works with property, sport, retail and art brands. Clients include Westfield, Mitre, Unilever and Canary Wharf Group.

The team of 60 are all advocates for the organisation’s values: to be inquisitive, to go beyond and to stay connected. ‘Imagine the Impossible’ is the ambition of their work and team, which is about creativity, innovation, unexpected ideas, incredible service and seamless delivery.

Uniform encourage employee development by supporting staff projects. The company’s Culture Team, set up in 2015, drives the cultural values of the business and facilitates their inspirational and social initiatives. The team is made up of seven motivated individuals who develop a 12-month programme of activities.

The Uniform Awards allows colleagues to recognise each other’s efforts, work and commitment. The 2017 awards featured six categories for Giving Back, Culture, Leadership, Champion, Entrepreneur and Pioneer. Winners are awarded a trophy and a £50 John Lewis voucher.
