About Uniform

Uniform are a design and innovation company that find the sweet spot where technology, human behaviour and creativity meet, in order to create meaningful change for their global brand clients.

Founded by Nick Howe, Uniform has offices based in Liverpool and London and believes they can help clients embrace change and navigate the future through design, innovation and imagination.

The company works with property, sport, retail and art brands. Clients include Westfield, Mitre, Unilever and Canary Wharf Group.

The team of 60 are all advocates for the organisation’s values: to be inquisitive, to go beyond and to stay connected. ‘Imagine the Impossible’ is the ambition of their work and team, which is about creativity, innovation, unexpected ideas, incredible service and seamless delivery.

What is it like to work for Uniform

Their Managing Director sits in an open plan studio, meaning he is accessible on a day-to-day basis for the team. He communicates weekly in Monday morning meetings on company wide matters and meets with department heads weekly on a one-to-one basis.

They host their peer-to-peer Uniform Awards every year, which allows colleagues to recognise each other’s efforts, work and commitment. The ceremony features awards in the categories of Giving Back, Culture, Leadership, Champion, Entrepreneur and Pioneer. The winners are voted for by employees.
