Utility Alliance are an energy consultancy, working with some of the largest suppliers in the world to look after the utility requirements of businesses of all sizes.

They also provide project management, information and delivery, into the use of sustainable and renewable technology.

They would like to revolutionise the sector and at the same time make their name synonymous when
customers come to consider business utility provision.

All new starters at Utility Alliance commence an intense induction programme, prior to starting their roles. During this induction, the training team will ensure they are fully briefed on all aspects of the business, from top to bottom. They will be reminded of their responsibility, both in and out of the workplace, with the aim of highlighting their attributes and achievements.

Staff are reminded that regardless of their position in the company, they can all play a part in the continued growth of Utility Alliance. This has been reflected in a number of social media campaigns across all platforms which have reached large audience figures and provided plenty of positive publicity for the company.

Any managers who are seen to be under-performing are given help and support from within the business to help them hit target. This works throughout the business, with the ethos setting individuals targets in order to help the company deliver.
