Utility Point is a family and a social movement to end rip-off energy tariffs and short term switching benefits. Customers and employees are both considered members of this community and gain access to a rewards and benefits platform. This platform acts to encourage and reward brand loyalty with discounts and many other incentives.

Utility Point offer products that genuinely reward customers and while they are proud to offer competitive prices, they strive to become recognised as a brand that stands for efficiency and dedication.

Their mission is to increase energy efficiency, provide a dedicated and personalised service and work together with customers to ensure that utilities work around their lifestyle. All the while, saving them money and rewarding their loyalty as well as their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.

At the centre of their mission is a team of dedicated individuals, all working to the same values of: efficiency; dedication and unity.

The reward and benefits platform provides retail discounts at thousands of companies, gym memberships, car share schemes and hundreds of other innovative ways to save money. Utility Point provide complimentary pastries on a Monday morning to make Mondays a bit sweeter. Free drinks are served to employees at their desks throughout the week which include tea, coffee, water and cans of soft drinks.

On Friday afternoons the CEO and chief operations officer personally hand out a bottle of beer or cider/wine to each member of staff to thank them for their work.
