Vacherin have set up regular refresher training on the induction process for all managers and supervisors to remind them of the company benefits, standards and initiatives in order to keep all members of the team up to date with. As it has been highlighted that staff simply forget their range of benefits and company activities, especially in the areas of additional training, for example, NVQs, job swaps, charity opportunities and other social events.
Chefs appear to be slightly less engaged than other groups in the business, with this in mind Vacherin have set up several Food Orientated Initiatives, including, Chefs Forum, Chefs Eat Out, Increased the Chefs training team by 75%.
