About ValueClick Europe Ltd.

What is it like to work for ValueClick Europe Ltd.

My Manager
My Manager
In 2009, 10 team members were selected to take part in a unique Executive Leadership Programme. The aim was to encourage work between key Valueclick Managers via an interactive process of improvement and development. After the training programme there was a wish from participants to pass on the knowledge gained. They therefore all took part in a Train The Trainer Programme in 2010. Together the team of internal leaders and trainers have developed a unique ValueClick specific leadership training programme under ValueClick Academy. They use a personality assessment tool called predictive Index (PI) with the purpose of giving the teams some more insight into the PI tool, each other’s personalities and the tendencies and preferences of the team as a whole. These discussions support the team in working together better and improves communication.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
VauleClick support staff in taking part in a number of different sports over time. Not everything appeals to everyone, so they try to change things from time to time. Examples of sports arranged by the company areYoga, self defence classes, Pilates, football etc. They offer free fruit and have a table tennis and football table in the office to encourage staff to have fun and take regular breaks from work. They have shower facilities with free towels; shower gel, lockers etc. so that people cycling to work, go running at lunch time etc. can freshen up before they start work. For employees with family commitments they always find a solution that helps them balance their home and work life
