About Verdant Leisure

Verdant Leisure operate across the North East of England and Scotland, providing self-catering lodge and caravan holidays, and holiday-home ownership. They provide families with the chance to enjoy time together in stunning places on the coast or in the hills of northern Britain.

Verdant Leisure started with two parks on the Berwickshire coast and has grown to 10 parks and a head office that span the North of England and Scotland. They are a growing business and are always on the lookout for new opportunities to bring new parks and new people into the Verdant family.

Verdant Leisure are committed to offering customers excellent service and creating holiday experiences that they will cherish. To do this, they need a passionate, dedicated team that really care about their customers. Anyone joining the team, joins the Verdant family and is supported and developed. Team Verdant truly live the brand, work hard and are passionately committed to the company's mission. Verdant Leisure recognises that every team member is vital to the continued success of the business.

All directors have a wealth of experience in the holiday park sector. They are passionate about ‘Team Verdant’ and are committed to great customer service. Verdant Leisure's customers are at the heart of everything they do and so they empower all team members to do everything in their power to make the customer's experience the absolute best it could possibly be.

It is incredibly important to Verdant Leisure that their team feels supported and understand the development opportunities available to them. They encourage the team to make training requests on a regular basis and support external training that will allow them to develop in their existing role or future positions. They have apprenticeship opportunities available throughout the business and they also encourage peer to peer learning sessions. 

Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Verdant Leisure have continued to support their Charity of the Year -Dementia UK - through pandemic friendly events which ranged from an on-line Easter Egg hunt to single person events such as sponsored walks and bike-rides. Verdant Leisure were able to donate food and drink to local food banks during lockdown. Eyemouth Response Team, Weardale Food Bank and Wooler Food Bank were all incredibly grateful for their donations.

Verdant Leisure tried to keep spirits high during a time when everyone was worried about the future. They remained confident that they could weather the storm and adapt to a new normal so that they kept as many of the team as possible. Their communications were positive, they encouraged training and development opportunities, volunteering opportunities, new activity or craft ideas, and shared information and tips on keeping kids entertained or on home-schooling help.
