As part of their personal growth offering, they initiated a new internal management development programme to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of their middle management teams. The programme has been successful in gaining sponsorship from the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
They provide annual Health MOTs where a nurse practitioner comes into the office and employees are offered 20-minute appointments to get their check BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They also provide a free day pass to all employees as a taster for the gym in January.
