A performance management application was introduced to encourage their employees and managers to have ongoing discussions around performance and development rather than waiting for appraisals. The app allows for employees and managers to rate their performance and engagement.

They hold quarterly team nights out, which involve two different departments with the aim of increasing communication and building stronger relationships throughout the business. In addition, they host an annual summer party to celebrate the team’s hard work over the past year.
