About Volume

Volume profide AI-related technology, including chatbots, humanoid robots and virtual reality scenarios. Their products and services are used by global businesses such as BP, Dell, ebay, HSBC, Hulu, Oracle and Virgin Media.

Volume was established in 1997 with the mantra 'Look Forward'. The double meaning of look forward relates first, to the future focus of the company: they can't change the past but they could influence the future. Secondly, their culture: everyday, 'looking forward' to working with great people, great customers and on great projects.

This dual ethos has propelled Volume through global events such as Y2K and the .com boom and bust eras. They still work today with the customers they worked with over 20 years ago.

Volume is now best placed to support these large organisations through their disruption and right now, is a recognised leader in its field: conversational AI, immersive technologies and humanoid robotics.

Volume have created a working environment that stimulates and provides all the tools, support and flexibility necessary to enable individual and collective success. They mentor and invest in talent. Their leadership team is home grown, rising in stature and capability to encourage everyone in the business to be respectful and kind-hearted, passionate and devoted, forward-thinking and self-directed and always be optimistic and devoted.
