Warwick Estates provide property management services to landlords, developers and RMC companies, benefiting residents who live and work in the buildings they manage.
Warwick Estates was set up in 2007. Their managing director, used to work for 2 large managing agents in the sector. During this time they noticed that there was a fundamental issue in the sector- customer service. Driving home late one night from a client meeting the Managing Director decided that they could actually set up on their own and manage 4-5 buildings which would give them a good income, better quality of life and be able to provide a much better service. So that is what they set out to do.
A decade later, Warwick Estates are now one of the biggest and most successful companies in the sector. This has not been by accident and one of the key things that remains at the heart of what they do is customer service. They deliver services clients want in a way that their customers need.
Warwick Estates are continuing to grow and hoping to double again in size in the next 5 years. And they know to achieve this they need great people who want to do a great job. They offer a competitive employment package but are always looking for ways to improve.
