Warwickshire Police chief constable Keith Bristow makes himself accessible to employees, who find him inspiring (a 60% top 15 positive score among mid-sized organisations) and say he runs the organisation based on sound moral principles (73%).
Staff wellbeing is a priority with stress management training courses available through the NHS and regular psychological health assessments. Employees say deadlines are realistic (61%) and work pressure is not affecting their performance (63%), both results firmly in the top 20.
