Originally branded as Weight Watchers UK, WW is a global wellness company and the world's leading commercial weight-management program. They inspire millions of people to adopt healthy habits for real life.

Through their engaging digital experience and face-to-face group meetings, members follow their liveable and sustainable program that encompasses healthy eating, physical activity and a positive mindset. With more than five decades of experience in building communities and their deep expertise in behavioural science, they aim to deliver wellness for all.

They have a number of ways that WW employees can provide feedback; listening groups, head office, field and wellness coach forums, weekly office huddles, annual engagement surveys, suggestion boxes, email and workplace groups. From these various channels they have implemented suggestions such as the removal of plastic cups and water bottles for all head office employees and family fun days at Easter and Halloween where people bring their children to work for fun and games.

Their current leader spends time out in the field, visiting WW Workshops and also attending their Head Office, Field and Coach Forums. The Forums are opportunities for representatives of Head Office, the Field and WW Coach populations to bring forward suggestions and questions employees may have, along with feeding back views from their relevant departments.

They use a variety of tools to help employee development. One of which is their WW Inspire events where they invite guest speakers to share their experiences of development, including the Olympic Champion Alex Gregory and Celebrity Ambassadors Curtis Pritchard and Alison Hammond.

They have achieved this through more effective use of social media - sharing their internal events and development opportunities across LinkedIn and holding Facebook Live Q&A recruitment sessions that give candidates an opportunity to meet the team and ask about their opportunities.
