The business offers a generous commission structure to recruiters. Employees are expected to bill 2.5 times their quarterly salary to hit a threshold of 20%. For instance, billing between £14,000-£18,000 earns staff between 15-25% of anything billed over that amount, while anything over £50,000 earns between 25-40% commission.
