Withers LLP are an international law firm based in London with offices across Europe and in the US, Asia and the Caribbean. They specialise in tax, trust, estate planning, employment law, family law, and other legal matters affecting high-net-worth individuals.

In 2002, Withers merged with the US-based law firm Bergman, Horowitz and Reynolds to become Withers Bergman LLP in the US and Withers LLP in the UK. Withers are seen as one of the top law firms in the US and UK by US News and World Report and the Legal 500.

Withers have 18 offices, and under Chief Executive Officer Margaret Robinson, Withers have advised 51% of the Sunday Times Rich List as well as significant numbers of the Huron list in Asia and Forbes in the US.

For 2019, The Times has nominated Withers as Best Law Firm for Family and Inheritance and Succession.
