Development Centres are used within Withers, at key stages in a solicitor's career (newly qualified, 5 year's qualified, 8 year's qualified, new partners) they have in-depth offsite sessions over several days to help people develop their intra and interpersonal and business development skills. These centres employ, role plays and forum theatre with actors, team activities, and guest speakers with accredited coaches supporting individuals.
