About Royds Withy King

Established in the 1870's, Royds Withy King has grown to become a progressive UK law firm with over 500 employees based in Bath, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London.

The three curves on their logo represent Royds Withy King's three core areas of business; corporate and commercial, private client and personal injury and medical negligence.

Over the last five years their reputation to advise national and international clients has allowed their lawyers to rank highly in their industry's most well respected guides to law; The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

As a firm they pride themselves on delivering first class client service, but are only able to do this through nurturing, motivating and developing their people, something the managing partner is passionate about.

In spite of their significant growth in recent years, they have managed to retain an open culture and a supportive working environment. People are not only ambitious and dedicated but, most importantly, are committed to their core values.

Their core values are: outstanding client service; exceptional value; employer of choice; one firm; and corporate social responsibility.

Living these core values is an essential part of working life at Royds Withy King. All employees are valued for their efforts, personality and contribution and they play a major part in the continued success of the firm. They are committed to supporting their people to achieve the right work-life balance alongside providing clients with excellent service.
