The company has been a pioneer in card payments, multi-currency processing, online payments and contactless, for more than 30 years. They aim to lead the way in expanding global reach, data analytics and optimisation, and the emerging field of integrated payments.

On a typical day, they process more than 31 million mobile, online and in-store transactions, which is around 400 a second. Solutions are delivered by 5,000 employees from their corporate headquarters in London and 25 offices in 11 countries around the world.

The company uses results from MC3 Analytics as a coaching tool to determine areas of focus and targeted action plans for managers. They also run regular MC3 coaching workshops that include refresher training, sharing successes and a forum for peer-to-peer coaching.
Worldpay offers a free service called the Employee Assistance Programme to all colleagues, it includes motivational tips, practical family help, information on finance management, advice on work-related issues, and emotional wellbeing support.

Once a year, Worldpay organises a journey for high-potential employees throughout the business. Participants are told what to pack but do not know where they will be going. The journey in 2017 was to Sardinia.
