About Zenith

Zenith Group Holdings are the UK’s leading independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business, providing innovative vehicle management solutions for mid-large organisations.

The company was established in 1989 as a specialist provider of bespoke fleet solutions for mid to large corporations. They are headquartered in Leeds, with employees managing around 150,000 vehicles.

Their customer base includes many household brands and some of the biggest organisations in the UK, including Asda, Santander and Greene King.

They deliver innovative and intelligent vehicle solutions to any employee population, whether that’s funding company cars or commercial vehicles, providing flexible benefit schemes, or delivering fully outsourced fleet management services.

Chief Executive Officer Tim Buchan was responsible for the successful integration of Zenith and Leasedrive, and introduced the company into the European market.

What is it like to work for Zenith

They run yoga sessions and have a masseuse visit regularly to provide free of charge massages to employees. They also offer an onsite GP - the service is free for all employees and makes seeing a GP more convenient and accessible.

Zig Zag sessions are held across the business by different departments each month in order to give staff an understanding of the functions of other departments. They are also used as a forum for communicating changes within teams, new processes and legislation updates.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
They work with Leeds Ahead, which offers employees the opportunity to support students in a local school. This has included mentoring over the academic year, providing interview practice, taking over a GCSE business lesson and welcoming them to Zenith for a workplace visit.
