About Zuhlke

Zuhlke Engineering builds bespoke software solutions for their clients in a range of industries. They provide IT consultancy and software development services for clients from SMEs to multinational companies. More specifically, they enable new business models for their clients by creating new services and products for them, from vision and development to deployment and operation.

Their mission statement is ‘empowering ideas’; they enable their clients to achieve business innovation, from first idea to success in their markets. By 2020, they aim to be their clients’ preferred partner for delivering business innovation in a global context.

An international company, they were founded in Switzerland and they now have teams in Austria, Germany, Serbia, as well as the United Kingdom. In 2018 they continued their expansion into the Asian market, opening an office in Hong Kong, after they incorporated Zuhlke Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2017.

What is it like to work for Zuhlke

The management team has regular meetings and also an annual off-site event where retrospectives are carried out and strategy on areas of improvement is defined. They use the company’s values to manage and assess performance, ensuring team members strive to develop and live up to them.

Their engineering teams go on an annual camp together abroad where they get external training, share knowledge and work on projects while learning new techniques and developing their skills. Half a day is spent on a social event such as wine tasting, climbing or hiking.

In September 2018, they hosted a two-day group conference in Stuttgart where nearly 1,000 employees got together to run sessions, talks and workshops. The two evenings were filled with social events that celebrated the cultures of all the Zuhlke Group countries.
