About Zuto

Zuto were established as Car Loan 4U in 2006. Since then they've been on an incredible journey of growth and are now turning over £30 million revenue annually, with bold and ambitious plans for future scale.

Zuto exist to transform the car finance experience with simplicity and integrity and they put their customers at the heart of everything they do. Buying a car is the second biggest purchase after a house and they're proud to have impacted so many of their customer's lives.

This is an incredibly exciting time for Zuto as they have a clear strategy, are performing well against plan and are building an inclusive culture, where every Zutonite knows the impact that they have.

What is it like to work for Zuto

Zuto's current CEO makes themselves completely accessible to all Zutonites. They are present daily across both offices (unless CEO commitments require them to be elsewhere in the country!). They hot desk across varying teams to give exposure to all departments, and pride themselves on knowing every one of their 300 Zutonite by name.

They are currently in the process of designing a full management development programme which will be rolled-out soon. In the short-term, manager's performance is measured within their talent management framework, against expectations and KPI's in-role, as well as their values-based assessments.

Open door sessions are a more informal method of updating employees, where they invite Zutonites to drop-in to speak with members of their leadership team. The agenda is driven by the themes raised by their Zutonites - and discussions can be around anything from strategy, to comms, to facilities, to system/operational improvements, to plans for the Christmas Party!
