Best Companies Day 2019

Let’s face it – we all love a celebration.

A chance to mark the big events and special occasions. Anniversaries, leaving parties and birthdays, engagements, milestones and holidays.

Here at Best Companies, we’re gearing up for our Best Companies to Work For Awards Celebrations. This year’s winners are all gathering to celebrate their enormous achievements, and we are so excited to see everyone glammed up, suited and booted, and ready to create a night to remember.

As much as we enjoy this event, we appreciate that it highlights the company and not necessarily the stars who have got the company to where it is.

It’s important to focus on the little things that make an organisation successful, a team unite, a person happy. At Best Companies, we want to help you to showcase the employees, managers and leaders who ultimately keep the cogs turning and your culture alive.

And that’s where Best Companies Day comes in.

It’s about your culture. Your wins. Your people. Your stars.  From the tea-rounds that are so keenly attended to, to the inside joke about the guy in place at the time with the thing. From the major new client brought into the business, to the team that landed them. From the office clown who makes everyone laugh, to the person who always shows up and gets the job done.

During last year’s Best Companies Day, we saw surfboards and sharks, breakfasts and brunches, cupcakes and canapés, fun-runs and fancy dress, as well as accreditation plaques in the snow.

This year we can’t wait to see more. On 1st March, using the hashtags #BestCompaniesDay and #BCphotobomb, we want to see your culture come alive, your wins celebrated and your people smiling. To emphasise our enthusiasm for your stars, we’re awarding £1,000 towards a team activity for the company who share the most creative photo of their accreditation window vinyl in situ with their employees. For those of you who have been recently accredited, there’s more information on this year’s competition in your Best Companies Day pack.

There’s no right or wrong way, the important thing is to get everyone involved and to shout about what makes you and yours the best and brightest. So, get creative and remember your camera; we’ll be watching out for what you have to show us as well as sharing our own stars with you.
