IP Integration is a Customer Contact Specialist that's focused on creating intelligent, innovative, and secure contact centre solutions.
Founded in 2001, the Reading based organisation has since opened offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and the Philippines.

IP Integration has a Social Club for its employees that is run by volunteers across the business where they plan events throughout the year including rounders, axe throwing, shuffle boarding, and more.
Each year, it hosts a Wellness Week, where teams get together virtually or in person to engage in a number of wellness activities, such as yoga, mindfulness sessions, cook alongs, and walks (especially on IP Integration Dog Days!).
Also, it hosts a family day each year, where it invites employees’ families to come into the office. Some of the activities it has organised are, BBQs, petting zoos, ice cream van’s, magic shows, bowling, and adventure golf.
Every year, the organisation has a company kick-off event, where everyone comes together to hear about the business plans for the year ahead and to celebrate the close of a business year – a highlight of the year for most IP Integration people.
