Opus Technology is the largest privately-owned managed service provider in the UK delivering end-to-end communications solutions to public and private sector organisations nationwide.

Opus’ core specialisms include collaboration, contact centre, business mobile, IT and security services, and digital and document management.  

In 1992, CEO Michael O’Donnell was inspired to create a communications company that could deliver the service he required.

Today, Opus continues to go from strength to strength employing over 100 staff members across the UK with the majority based in a state-of-the-art office in the heart of Reigate, Surrey.

Working together with industry-leading partners, Opus' purpose is to enable businesses to succeed and thrive by providing best-of-breed, tailored technology, all backed by world-class service and support.

Opus hold the prestigious Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark Accreditation, regularly achieve high Net Promoter scores, and earned a Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo for its consistently high levels of customer service.

Core values are at the forefront of everything that is done at Opus and outstanding performance is consistently recognised and awarded. Regular social events, lunch and learn sessions, and monthly company meetings encourage team building.
