Founded 22 years ago, Orega Management offers its clients modern, flexible workspaces without the headache of committing to traditional leases. The organisation now has 22 centres and over 100 staff across the UK and the business is expanding rapidly, creating an innovative and dynamic place to work.

Orega recognises the contributions its workforce makes to the business, and it supports individuals to develop their skills in a fun and positive environment.

It has pioneered Management Agreements through its vision of 'partnership and working together leads to success for all', a policy that filters down to how it treats its team.

Orega’s original owners are still very much part of the business and believe in a friendly and personal approach. Each of its team members have regular development reviews, allowing its employees to develop on the right career path for them and the business.

The organisation is also committed to raising money for charity. As a member of Land Aid, the property industry charity that works to end youth homelessness in the UK, Orega run and participate in fundraising events throughout the year. From individual centre events to monthly coffee mornings across its 22 centres, its team enjoy working in a social, vibrant, and fast growing environment offering career opportunities for all who wish to take part.
