People's Partnership is a unique financial services organisation with a rich history dating back to 1942. Originally established by unions and employer federations to support construction workers, the company has grown significantly over the past 80 years, providing straightforward and trustworthy products to help people lead financially stronger lives. As a profit-for-people organisation without shareholders, the company reinvests its profits to benefit customers and achieve better financial outcomes for all.

As providers of The People’s Pension, the company created a workplace pension that people can rely on, available to all colleagues, in every sector, and for businesses of any size. That’s why 1 in 5 UK workers aged 22 and over with a workplace pension are with The People’s Pension.
