Friday 19th August saw us successfully deliver our third and penultimate virtual quarterly event of 2022. During this spectacular live showcase event, we witnessed our league table model in full action, with companies joining those that already gained places on the league tables in Q1 and Q2. We spent the day celebrating the very best in workplace engagement!
Hosted by TV presenter, Dan Walker, and broadcast live from Media City in Salford via our very own specially designed platform, the third quarterly ‘Best Companies Live’ event saw us recognise the very best organisations nationally, regionally and by sector.
Alongside revealing who made it as a ‘Best Company to Work For’, we were joined during the day by guest panellists representing a wide variety of sectors to discuss the most topical workplace issues. Sessions included those looking at the cost-of-living crisis, how to maintain culture and building energy, the importance of employer brand, and people management in a remote world.

With the UK’s cost of living crisis set to deepen into the autumn, how are leaders easing the financial pressure their employees are under, as well as maintaining sustainability for their organisation?
In this session, Dan will ask guests from leading organisations how they’ve structured their response to the crisis so far, and what measures they’ve put in place to balance rising costs and business needs with supporting their employees.
