With more than 20 UK locations and a global presence from Europe to Asia, it’s no surprise that ISG’s values are front and centre, providing focus for its team of over 3000 employees.
The London-based construction services company – which specialises in fit-out, technology and construction for clients such as global retailers, government institutions and cutting-edge research facilities – aims to ‘deliver places that help people and businesses thrive’.
It does this by encouraging its workforce to ‘dream smart, speak frankly, always care and never stop learning.’
ISG’s annual ‘Value Awards’ recognise employees who live the core values. Each business unit has its own finalists and winners, voted for by colleagues, with the winners invited to attend the #TeamISG Awards global gala dinner. In 2022, there were more than 3000 votes!
It’s also an opportunity to celebrate staff who’ve excelled in delivery, with award categories such as health, safety and wellbeing and rising star.
As well as recognising employees’ outstanding contributions, ISG is committed to providing everyone with a ‘healthy, safe and supportive working environment.’ It offers staff flexibility in when and where they work, with trials of a four-day week and nine-day fortnight due to get underway.
And staff already benefit from gifted volunteering days and a ‘you day’ where they can take an additional day’s leave for some R&R or to celebrate a special event.
