How quickly is the data available post survey close?

Once your B-Heard survey closes, your data insight packs are available to download within 48-hours. To access visit your Best Companies dashboard or to share report access with your senior team.

Your Client Outcomes Manager will also alert you when they are ready to review.

When should I use a Data Pack vs a Data Insight Session?

Use a Data Pack when:  To gain a structured overview of your survey results, including key trends, factors, and talking points. Executive Data Packs (available to Workplace Insight Tool Pro users) provide enhanced insight to support internal senior management review.

‍Use a Data Insight Session when: To receive expert, impartial interpretation of your survey data, with clear and actionable insights to guide organisational improvement. Ideal when you want a facilitated session with your Senior Leadership team to identify strategic focus areas and drive meaningful conversations.

Can manager workshops be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. Your Client Outcomes Manager will facilitate a meeting with your key stakeholders and the Best Companies Insights team to gather organisational context, which is then used to tailor the session to your organisation’s data, priorities, and challenges.

Who should attend each session?

Data Insight Sessions:  Designed primarily for HR leads and Senior Leadership teams. These sessions are delivered alongside the Data Insight Pack to support strategic conversations and highlevel decisionmaking.

How quickly can we book?

You can book as soon as your survey results are ready, your Client Outcomes Manager will talk you through the options available to facilitate the sessions.  We recommend committing within one month of survey results being available so action planning can take place.
