

Senior leaders engaged with employees through group communications, wellbeing surveys, and people-led engagement initiatives. Over Black Friday, THG ran a four-day remote programme including a virtual DJ set, karaoke and games challenges, and sent out care packages to everyone's homes.
All employees are eligible for a biannual bonus scheme, with the ability to be awarded with a bonus of up to 20% of their salary. THG has also recently awarded a number of people who have gone above and beyond in their role with shares in the company.

In response to employee feedback internal and external training provision was enhanced and there is now an uncapped benefits package; agile and flexible working policies, and the ability to buy additional annual leave days
