The Bradford-based operation builds, leases and manages rental properties and care homes across England. An average wage of £17,160 belies the fact that 4,406 of the 7,138 employees work part-time, with 80% of the overall total on staggered hours. People here don't consider their job interferes with their domestic responsibilities, a 67% positive score, first among big not-for-profits in our list.
